I want to thank the blogger very much not only for this post but also for his all previous efforts. I found loveland.reteaparty.com to be greatly interesting. I will be coming back to loveland.reteaparty.com for more information.
Is there going to be a Loveland Tea Party on the 4th of July? We live in Firestone and we are looking for a Tea Party to go to on the way to visit our son and his wife who will be camping above Central City that weekend. The Denver Tea Party was great a couple of months ago, but we would like to attend a smaller one this time. Also, we are wondering why there has not been ANY news coverage about 4th of July Tea Parties. We thought that these would draw even more people and coverage because the movement would continue to grow. Have free thinking and liberty minded people already grown apathetic again? If so, the socialist thugs in Washington will just be further encouraged to rapidly take more of our rights away, while expanding the Federal Government to such an immense size that we will never recover from it. This has got to STOP, and the only way to stop it is to rally in the streets to force the media and politicians to take notice. Did anyone hear Barbara Boxer’s comments to General Walsh yesterday? Just one more example of the appalling arrogance of our ELECTED PUBLIC SERVANTS! She told the General that she “had worked very hard” for her title of Senator and wanted to be addressed as such instead of his use of the word “ma’am”. It happens to be official U.S. Army protocal to address Senators as “Sir” or “Ma’am”. It shows her obvious contempt for the military in general. The only thing “Barb” has worked hard at is getting reelected, and pushing her leftest agenda in the Senate! Again, she needs to be reminded that she is a PUBLIC SERVANT!! If you are as outraged as we are by her dressing down of this fine military man, then call her office and complian about it at 202-224-3553, and tell them your zip code is 94203. If you use another zip code her staff will just hang up on you; no kidding! When you serve on Senatorial Committees, as “Barb” does, it is my opinion that you are at least partially representing the country as a whole and not just your local constituency because of the power that has been bestowed upon you.
